Leadership Development for Young People

The most impactful thing that I learned during the 5+ years I worked in one of the top public schools in Indiana - and the many years of learning & research & listening to the young people that I work with that followed - is that school as we know it doesn't do a very good job of preparing most of our kids to be successful. And even if you fit the mold of what it means to be successful in school, that's great - but that doesn't mean that you're prepared for what comes next unless you intend to spend the rest of your life in school. The road to success as an adult is paved with the things that made you weird as a kid, so let's figure out how to lean into that instead of raising more terifically mediocre people.

I'm still trying to figure out how to package up and "sell" some of this in a way that makes sense. In the meantime, if you are or have a kid that resembles any of the following, reach out and let's make something happen!

  • They want to build their social & communication skills
  • They need to figure out how to get organized & be more intentional about how they spend their time
  • They need some support & accountability to help build good habits & break bad ones
  • They're looking to be a better leader
  • They're want to make a positive change in their community
