Consulting & Facilitation
I have a decent bit of experience working with both formally & informally organized groups of people, from small after-school groups to serving on the board of a sizable statewide non-profit organization. I've been a part of strategic planning processes, governing document revisions, facilitating mission / vision refinement, organizational restructuring, recruiting / hiring of new leadership, facilitating people transitions, and dealing with all sorts of drama & crises.
