I bring over a decade of experience leading, advising, and scaling nonprofit organizations, both as a board member and hands-on leader. From small local youth programs to statewide initiatives, I've worked across all levels to improve governance, streamline operations, and create sustainable impact.
I currently serve as the Executive Director of Westside Robotics, where I've scaled the organization from 40 students and a $30k budget to 180 students and a $120k budget over the past 10 years. As a Board Member of FIRST Indiana Robotics for five years, I led governance improvements, strategic planning, board leadership recruitment, and executive hiring efforts. I also advise Purdue FIRST Programs, mentoring college student leaders and refining policies to support and sustain their organization's success.
