Talent Development Coaching

With nearly two decades of experience working with young people, I've seen just how much promise, curiosity, and creativity they can bring into the world. But I've also seen how far too often all that potential remains untapped. Rather than more pressure, polish, or performance, what many of them really need is dedicated time and space to reflect, to experiment, and to grow.

My coaching work is inspired by Kazimierz DÄ…browski's ideas on developmental potential and personal growth, as well as the work of Arnold van Gennep, Victor Turner, and Robert Moore on transformative experiences and liminal spaces. I create space for my clients to figure out who they want to be, reflect on what's working for them and what's not, examine how they're allocating their time and energy, and build a strong sense of identity and direction.

Starting from that grounding point, we can move wherever they need to go next. Whether it's diving deeper into technical skills, exploring communication and leadership styles, reading and discussing compelling ideas, building better habits, cultivating artistic or athletic passions, or shaping their college and career plans, it's all part of the journey - and it's all stuff that I help my clients tackle by helping them develop structure that works for them and continuing to provide a space for reflection, encouragement, and just a touch of accountability.

This isn't about chasing credentials or prestige, and it's not about pushing for extraordinary achievement for its own sake. It's about helping young people engage in intentional development, aligned with who they are and what genuinely drives them.
